For about two years, I was having trouble sleeping on my right side because of pain in my hip & upper thigh. I also had a lot of trouble climbing the stairs if I started with the right leg.  I started taking Rhus tox & Symphytum officinale right after I started learning in our classes, & now I can climb stairs without pain most of the time, & I can lay on my right side to sleep. Occasionally, I’ll have a little bit of pain when I’m laying in bed, but it’s rare.
